Having the best content – in research, written, video, animated or other formats – is critical to engaging with our customers.
A new role, reporting directly to the CMO, the Content Lead is key to realizing Infront’s strategy to scale up the marketing function using an always-on digital approach.
Role & Responsibilities
- As part of each campaign team, advise on overall campaign strategy, recommend engaging content options to support campaign objectives aligned with media strategy
- Partner with Design & Brand to ensure that content is consistent with Infront visual identity, voice, and messaging, and to advise on brand extensions that support advanced content strategies
- Develop content across the full funnel – top of funnel emotional content for the unaware; middle of funnel content to keep people engaged; bottom of funnel solution content to make them raise their hand
- Work with the digital and web team to deliver engaging customer journeys on our website
- Engage our product teams to draw out industry best practice and trends to ensure we’re always building emotionally compelling content messaging
- Partner with great agencies to develop a wide range of content across research, written, web, infographic, audio, and video ensuring content is on-time, on-budget, and on-quality
- Define appropriate content metrics and monitor performance to support optimization of campaign and media strategy, driving constant improvement
